Abstract
The attention of this is directed towards the role of entrepreneurship in the development of Nigeria economy, a case study of Emene Micro finance Bank limited. The major objectives of the study include: to know if Emene Micro Finance Bank has help entrepreneurship in Nigeria to know the major problems hindering entrepreneurship development in Nigeria and to make necessary recommendation based on the research findings. Based on the study objectives in research questions were asked hypothesis formulated were tested. Data for the study were sourced from both primary and secondary sources. The primary data were obtained through administration of ^structural questionnaire supplemented by personal trip, while secondary data were obtained through review of related literature. The entire staff Emene Micro Finance Bank were which 41 served as population of the study. A sample of 37 population of the study was used arid analyzed by Taro yamani formular.
